Giulietti button box. I will call this new but old stock, my dad purchased from giuletti many years ago and was in a showcase never used. My dad collected. I have no straps and no case. This is a small button box. Sorry I do not know what key it is in, I do not see it marked anywhere, even inside. Shipping in United States only
