    This is a vintage 1999 Barbie Harley-Davidson Fatboy motorcycle, sealed in the original box and has never been opened.  The pre-order paperwork comes with it and the Exclusive Advance Purchase Certificate from 1999 also has never been opened, still factory sealed.  Everything in this set looks brand new, in spite of the fact that it's over 20 years old!  It will even be mailed to you in the same original box that was mailed from Mattel's factory.  This Barbie Harley cost + tax new back in 99.  Any white spots are photo flash reflections.
